Review // Patanjali Aloe Vera Moisturizing Cream

Nowadays it has become very difficult for me to find time for myself. When my baby sleeps I try to finish all my pending works or I go to sleep. So I have no time for blogging. Luckily, today I got a little extra time so I do not want to lose this opportunity. Anyways, let me now come to back to the point about the today’s product review. It is about an Aloe Vera Moisturizing Cream from Patanjali.

Experience:

This is the first time I have used Patanjali’s skin care product. I've heard lots of good things about patanjali products. This Indian herbal brand claims that they use natural ingredients. Honestly, there are many interesting ingredients like aloe vera, olive oil, shea butter, coconut oil, etc which can provide moisturizer to dry skin.

The cream has a soft, smooth, thick texture and it can be easily absorbed into the skin within a second. It felt a little heavy on the skin during application. Over the last 3 months, I've been using this cream. In cold time I took a little more amount of cream for skin. That time it provides moisture and removes dryness from the skin. Now in this spring, when the weather is a bit warm so I'm using the cream at night. Next morning I wake up with lovely supple skin, which is very nice. So, in both season it keeps skin soft and smooth without making it oily and greasy.

It might make oily skin oilier because of its bit heavy texture. It can be the same with combination skin but for dry skin as well as for normal skin this cream suit well.

Pros of Patanjali Aloe Vera Moisturizing Cream
  • It provides moisture to my skin for 4 to 5 hour
  • This cream really helps me to get rid of dryness
  • No breakouts and irritations
  • It makes skin smooth to touch
  • This product come with goodness of natural ingredients
  • 50gm product goes for 3 to 3.5 months
  • The consistency of the cream is thick but spreadable
  • Available across the country’s all Patanjali counters
  • Packaging is travel-friendly
Cons of Patanjali Aloe Vera Moisturizing Cream
  • It does not help to remove skin dark spots
  • I am bit doubt about product aging effect as claimed
  • The product comes in a tub, which is not hygienic enough. I think it will be better if the packaging will be in a tube type or in a pump bottle.

Overallthe product is mildly fragrant, soft and thick in texture which gets absorbed into the skin almost instantly. It consists of natural ingredients. This cream prevents dryness of the skin without any harsh side effects on the skin. I think this is a good choice for dry and cracked skin that may occur during winters due to lack of moisture from the skin. Go for it, if you have dry skin.
