DIY Fruits Face Mask For Glowing and Radiant Skin

Homemade face masks can work wonders to help heal skin very effectively.  Along with other beauty products, every alternative day or thrice a week I try to use different types of homemade masks. Those masks take care of my skin from dry and dull to healthy and glowing. In today's post, I will share a mask with you,  which will help you get a bright, glowing and radiant skin.

To create this simple DIY face pack, you’ll need:
  1. Apple puree 2 to 3 tbsp
  2. Banana puree 2 tbsp
  3. Pomegranate juice 2 tbsp
  4. Honey 1 tbsp

Preparation:

First in one small bowl put all the ingredients, and stir them very well, until you get a smooth mixture.

Application:

Take the mask with your fingers, and gently apply to your face skin, but avoid the areas around your mouth and eyes. Let the mask stay on your face for about 20 minutes, and then rinse it with lukewarm water. In the end, as a final step, apply your daily moisturizer.

Why Apple?

Apple rich in fiber, malic acid, calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamins A, C, K, B6, it is also a powerhouse of antioxidants.  It can be used to lighten the skin tone and also diminish acne scars.

Why Banana?

Banana is an amazing source of potassium, it will hydrate and moisturizes dry skin, making it soft and supple. Bananas, also known as nature's botox, contain super wrinkle fighting nutrients that help fade age spots and prevent fine lines

Why Pomegranate juice?

Pomegranate is full of fiber, folate, potassium, vitamin C and K and proteins. It helps in fighting damage from sun exposure to UVA and B

Why Honey?

Honey is great humectants, to hydrate the skin and lock in moisture, and also has anti-bacterial properties.
