Ingredients


  • Lemon



Rub a slice lemon piece on the dark area or apply lemon juice on the section. Leave it for about 15 to 20 minutes. After 15 minutes, soak a towel in hot water and scrub on the dark elbows and knees.

  • Milk – 4 tsp

  • Vitamin E oil – 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

  • Glycerin – 1 tsp



Make a paste from above all ingredients. Massage this paste on the dark areas and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash off the area with warm water. This remedy will help to lighten your dark knees.

  • Coconut oil – 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp



Mix coconut oil and lemon juice and apply it on your dark areas. After about 15 minutes, soak a towel in hot water and scrub it over the elbows and knees.

  • Chickpea flour

  • Yogurt



Make a thick paste from chickpea flour and yogurt. Now, massage the elbows and the knees with it, in a circular motion and allow it to dry. Later, wash the area with warm water.


Do NOT lean on your knees. This creates friction and the result is dark knees.
