Two Ingredients can Solve 5 Hair Problems

Almost every person has to deal with these very common problems like hair fall, split ends, dandruff, dull and rough hair etc. But only the two ingredients can solved all the common problems of hair. These two ingredients are Fenugreek seeds and Aloe-Vera.

Fenugreek seeds:

Fenugreek seeds are rich in vitamins needed by hair. These seeds are very effective for reduces hair fall and dandruff which is a great cause of hair fall.

You can use Fenugreek seeds like this way: make a paste from these seeds with the help of some water. Apply the paste on your hair for 30 minutes and then wash it off. This is one of the most easy and common way.

Aloe Vera: 

Aloe Vera comprises of vitamins, minerals and 200 more active elements. Aloe Vera gel is full of antibacterial, anti-fungal and healing properties. The gel can also help to balance the pH of hair and rejuvenate cells which may help in preventing hair loss and promoting new hair growth. The natural enzymes found in Aloe Vera so it can soothe and moisturizes dry hair. For this reason, Aloe Vera has a big demand in the world cosmetics .

You have to use Aloe Vera gel on your hair and keep for 20 minutes. After that you can rinse your hair with herbal shampoo. Definitely you’ll get good results.

Here is one more effective remedy for hair problems:

Soak a handful of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Next morning grind it with Aloe Vera gel to smooth paste. Apply on the scalp and let it stay for 30 mins. Wash off with warm water and a herbal shampoo. Follow it up with a natural conditioner.

Sometimes before applying this hair pack I take oil massage on my hair. Proper hair and scalp massage will increase blood flow to the hair follicles, condition the scalp, and enhance the strength of your hair’s roots. I usually use olive oil and add a few drops of tea tree essential oil for massage.

After 20 minis of hair massage I apply the above fenugreek seeds and Aloe Vera paste. For the better result, do this at least once a week.
