Watermelon Skin Care Bunch for Summer









Hot season means a muggy environment in surroundings in alliance with heat and sweat. The part of the body which faces most trouble in this summer is our skin. There are tiny pores in our skin as well as sweat and oil glands. These glands take out sweat, oil and others unnecessary material from the body in sweat form. In too sunny and hot weather essential salt and water go out from the body with unnecessary material by this pores and glands. Consequently, nuisance creates in blood circulation in each of the organs and it will effect on our skin deficiency. For this our skin problem increases in the summer such as; acne, rush, skin allergy, prickly heat, pimple, brown color etc. This problem not only for service holder or outdoor peoples but those who stay at home during the day are also face the problem. To get rid of we have to take proper care of our skin.








I would like to inform you today the use of familiar fruit watermelon for skin caring purpose in this hot summer. You can take care of your skin by making face pack through watermelon.













Watermelon face pack:





1. For soft skin:





Take one table spoon watermelon juice and equivalent amount of yogurt and mix them. Now lay on this pack on your skin and wait 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash off your skin with cold water.





Lactic acid and enzymes present in the face pack clean your skin gently and keep your skin softness.





2. For dry skin:





Take one table spoon watermelon juice and one table spoon honey. Mix them thoroughly and apply on your skin. Remain it on your skin for 20 minutes and then wash with warm water.





Honey nourishes up to your deep layer and watermelon keeps your skin soft and velvety by producing required oil from the interior. 





3. For sensitive skin:





For sensitive skin take watermelon and mash it and mix with honey ant then apply on your skin. After 20 minute wash off your skin with water usually.





Combination of watermelon and honey prevents your skin from all kinds of infection and pimple. It holds your moisture and crafts your skin soft and shuffle.





4. For aging skin:





Take one table spoon watermelon juice and one table spoon avocado paste. Mix them thoroughly and apply on your skin. Remain it on your skin for 20 minutes and then wash with cold water.





Avocado is full of omega 3 fatty acid, vitamin C and vitamin A which works as a powerful anti aging by increasing antioxidant amount of skin.





5. For pimple:






Take out juice from watermelon and hold one table spoon and mix it with a banana paste. Now lay on it on your skin as a paste. After 30 minute wash your skin. Watermelon prevents to come extra oil on your skin and reduces the incidence of pimple by keeping your skin clean. And vitamin B12, B6 and B2 of banana stops the pimple inflammation and shut the extra hole of skin and keep skin soft and shuffle.
