Dry them with towel, and then rub once again with dry oatmeal.

3. Vegetable Oil

Almost every vegetable oil offers a great relief from dry skin problems. Certain oils build thick layer on the skin, but others only produce thin protective layer. Coating your body with vegetable oil is not very comfortable, but the skin certainly loves it.

4. Milk Bath

Milk bath has always been one of the most popular home remedies for dry skin. Lactic acid contained in milk improves skin hydration level and texture. However, jumping in a mixture of milk and water is not always the best method to soothe your skin. Use a bowl of cold milk to soak a washcloth, and then lay the cloth on particular dry areas of the skin. Leave the cloth for some minutes, so the lactic acid is well absorbed. Gently rinse off the milk to allow some amount of lactic acid on the skin.
