We all have good and bad hair days. Hair, like the rest of
our body needs to be pampered and cared for. The more you care for it, the
better it flourishes. People suffer from hair problems from time to time
regardless of hair texture and length. So, your
hair needs extra care for good growth as well as prevent and treat any hair
related problems such as hair-fall, dandruff, split ends, baldness etc. To
treat these problems with natural homemade treatments, today I will share with
an amazing hair recipe which you can DIY at home and its prevent hair fall problem.This is a very effective hair fall remedy made of natural
ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Half cup henna
- 4 tsp fenugreek seeds
- Fresh Aloe-Vera gel
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 4 Green Tea bag
- 1 cup tea Liquor
*** For henna here I use Shahnaz Hussain’s Henna Precious Herb Mix
Method of
preparation:
Step 1 : Soak fenugreek (methi) seeds
overnight in a cup of water
Step 2 : Next day morning, prepare a paste of soaked
fenugreek (methi) seeds in a mixer with Fresh Aloe-Vera gel and Green
Tea
Step 4 : Add honey and coconut oil
Step 5 : Mix well form a thick paste and leave it for 1 hour
You can take Hot Oil Treatment before apply this pack which generally I do. After 30 minutes, put the pack on your hair. Create section in your hair ,Apply section by section ensuring your hair is well covered with the mask. Now tie your hair in a bun and keep it wrapped in a shower cap -This will help your scalp absorb all the necessary goodness from the mask. Allow the pack for 3 hours before shower. Use a mild shampoo and a conditioner to wash off. This hair pack can generally be used once a month.
Result: What I see -
- This will definitely result in smooth and shiny hair.
- Prevent dandruff
- My Hair fall is much less
