Drinking sufficient water is a good habit which I was not having earlier. What
happened; 7 to 8 months back, I had urine infection. Doctor suggested me to
drink sufficient water along with some medicines. From there on I started
drinking enough amount of water per day. At the beginning it was very
inconvenience for me to drink 3 to 4 glasses of water on daily basis. But now I
am habituated and can drink more than 1.5 litter water a day.
Since
my school days I have a very good habit of drinking warm water every
morning. It’s obvious that drinking enough water is very important. If you
read any skin care tips or beauty articles, people always mention that drinking
enough water is an essential part in having your skin look well, in weight
losing, keeping your organs working and for staying hydrated. Nothing else has
the same benefits than water when it comes keeping your body working.
At
the beginning when I started blogging, most of the time I was on laptop. So
I had little dark areas under my eyes and I have heard from several beauty
experts that drinking enough water might be one solution to improve the skin
tone around my eyes. Often I find myself thirsty throughout the day but somehow
I’m too busy to go and grab a glass of water. But after my urine
infection I have started drinking sufficient water and this habit could
solve my problems. I did my own experiment first to see how much water I could
drink if I do not pay attention on this. Now a days I roughly drink 2 litters
in a day. My doctor recommended me for drinking one liter in the
morning, one in the middle of the day and one in the evening.
Honestly specking I failed to following the same and I do realize that We should drink
water as much as possible right away in the morning in order to avoid drinking
too much at late night. But drinking 3 litters of water on daily basis is still
impossible for me and I hope it will take some more time to adopt.
Anyways,
things that I noticed after making the habit of drinking sufficient water are
as follows:
- The body is functioning at its best, feeling fresh and great and also felling happy!
- Skin looks young and glowing. Actually water can Moisturizes your skin, keeps it fresh, soft, glowing and smooth. Gets rid of wrinkles. It is the best anti-aging treatment.
- Reduces under eye darkness.
- Reduce acne problem
- Solves dehydration problems.
- Flushes Out Toxins – It gets rid of waste through sweat and urination which reduces the risk of kidney stones and UTI’s (urinary tract infections).
- Finally water is essential to digest food and prevents constipation. So it is Aids in digestion.
Reasons
to drink sufficient water:
- Achieve Healthy Skin.
- Flush your Bad Toxins.
- To avoid urine infarction.
- Reduce Your Risk of Heart Attack.
- Get Energized & Alert. (Especially in the morning if
you drink once you woke up!)
- Stay Regular!
- Reduce Your Risk Of Disease & Infection.
- Get Well and Healthy!!
Dehydration
makes you feel tired. The right amount of water will help your heart pump your
blood more effectively, and water can help your blood transport oxygen and
other essential nutrients to your cells. Water also helps energize your muscles
and prevents cramping.
Make it a Habit :
But how? I know it is quite difficult. But I can share with you some tips which I followed:
1. Drink a glass of water in the morning:
Wake up in the morning, drink a glass of water and make it as a practice. I drink a little hot water and I have never forget this. It is a habit for me.
2. Add some flavor or Color:
I
mean, mixed the water with something else, such as lime water, juice, jaljira. This
makes drinking water tastier.
3. Carry a small bottle of water around you:
Keep
a bottle of water with you while blogging. I think it's self-time, 1-liter
water bottle along with you before you sit down to write.
4. Set an alarm:
At
the beginning to develop the habit of drinking water, set an alarm clock. The
clock will remind you to drink the water.
5.
Best buddies group:
It
is one of the best way, make a WhatsApp group with your best buddies,
and remind each other to drink more water.
6. Eat water-rich foods:
This is one of the best
option. Below is a table that shows you which foods have the highest level

I will start my experiment of drinking 3 liters of water per day from
