5 Summer Coolers Drinks  With Less Than 5 natural Ingredients

As The summer season is at its peak and the scorching heat of the sun is unbearable, so to beat the hot summer heat we need to soothe our bodies with some natural ingredients that help to cool the body and increase immunity level. Coconut water, yogurt, and sugarcane juice are those summer beverages that not only cools the body but also energize it. In addition to this mother nature has also provided us with other coolants that can be mixed and matched with other ingredients to have healthy and tasty coolers which will rejuvenate us and give a fresh feel. Here I will share five summers cooler drink recipes with you that you can easily prepare at home with natural ingredients.



Watermelon Coolers

Ingredients 

500g seedless watermelon chunks, 1½ teaspoon lemon juice, fresh mint leaves, ¼ teaspoon salt.

Method 

Mash the watermelon chunks in a bowl, then add lemon juice and salt in it. Sieve the watermelon into a jug and press down gently on the pulp to extract all the juice. Now pour the juice into glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish it with the mint leaves.



Mango Fusion 

Ingredients 

1 large mango (ripe and sweet), 8-10 mint leaves, 2 cups orange juice, 1 cup chilled water.

Method

Cut the mangoes to cube and add them to a blender. Pour the orange juice and water. Put in the mint leaves and blend until smooth. Serve this mango juice chilled.

Sweet Lime/Mosambi Juice 

Ingredients

4 big sweet limes, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, salt to taste, ice cubes as needed.

Method

Cut the Sweet limes to slices. Take a bowl and squeeze the sweet lime juice with a hand juicer. Now take a mixer and add sweet lime juice, powdered sugar, salt, and ice cubes. Grind it for a minute. Refreshing sweet lime juice is ready to serve.



Masala Chaas 

Ingredients

2 cup chilled curd, ½ cup mint leaves, ½ cup roughly chopped coriander, 2 teaspoons roasted cumin seed powder, 1 tablespoon black salt. 

Method

Combine the mint leaves, coriander, black salt, cumin seed powder, and ½ cup curd in a mixer and blend it to a smooth paste. Now in a deep bowl pour the mint, coriander mixture with remaining 1 ½ cup curd, salt, and 2 ½ cups of chilled water. Whisk the mixture nicely and mix well. Pour the masala chaas in glasses and serve chilled.

Refreshing Iced Tea 

Ingredients  

2 tea bags, 2 lemon juice, 1 sliced lemon, 1 tablespoon of sugar, ice cubes as needed.

Method

Boil 1-litre water. Take a large pitcher jug and pour over the boiled water into it. Add sliced lemon, tea bags, sugar and leave to steep for 5 minutes. Stir the mixture and remove the tea bags and lemon slices from the jug. Allow it to cool to room temperature. Once cooled keep the jug in the fridge to chill. When you find it ready to serve, then add ice cubes in glasses and put some sliced lemon. Pour over the tea and enjoy it.
