The covid19 pandemic is something which was un-anticipated, un-predicted! While we all are taking care of the hygiene by washing our hands-on frequent intervals, using sanitizers, masks, gloves, etc., we all are also praying that this should come to an end soon. It’s been more than 60 days that the virus is on rage, and that invisible creature has changed our life pattern completely upside down.



In this time, when social distancing, putting on masks, and gloves are the new normal, there are a lot of us who are at home overstressing about the current scenario too. So you guys out there, relax!! Nothing is in your hands, just take the maximum care and protection possible and let’s make the best use of this phase of lockdown, where we all are getting a little extra free time that it was before. In this period, let us make a pledge to incorporate various beauty habits in our daily schedule and make us feel better with that extra personal care.

So here I have listed 7 healthy beauty habits that you should definitely consider incorporating into your everyday routine now and make the best use of the lockdown phase by indulging into extra self-care:



Do Hair and Face Masking Regularly: 

Do you remember the last time you had put on a mask for either your hair or face? If no, then there can be no better time to do it now! If you don’t have any ready-made mask, make the best use of kitchen ingredients for an amazing face mask as well as a hair mask. Do pamper your skin a bit extra and give them a bit more attention, and I am sure they will give you back that glow soon!


Exfoliate and Moisturize: 

Exfoliate not only your face but also the whole body, lips, and even scalp! Removing dead skin cells from all over the body is very important as it allows moisturizer to get absorbed well into the skin. After exfoliation, don’t forget to apply a layer of moisturizer, and if you have a oily or acne-prone skin, do use an oil-free moisturizer. Remember moisturizing is a must after exfoliation. 



Remove your makeup (all of it): 


Though many of us are ditching makeup during this lockdown phase, there are also many of you out there who does makeup on a daily basis or even ones for whom makeup is a profession. Eat nutritious food, a balanced diet with lots of green veggies and fruits. This will not only keep your body fit but will also build a good level of immunity. Try to avoid sugar and junks as much as possible and go for a clean diet.

Exercise Daily: 

Regular exercise helps tone muscles. The toned up body looks naturally beautiful. Also, daily exercise increases the blood flow in the body, and blood carries oxygen and nutrients to working cells throughout the body, including the skin, thus giving it that radiance that you are craving for. Thus, push yourself for the daily exercise (as of now of course indoor exercise) and stay fit and glowy!


Get that Beauty Sleep and Drink a Minimum of 7 Glasses of Water:
